With its inclined eyepiece, the ATS 80 allows you to observe nature for hours in maximum comfort. The 80mm lens ensures greater recognition of details, while a larger exit pupil ensures clearer images and better vision even in low light conditions.
The diameter of the lens determines how much light can enter the optics. It is therefore a key factor for the performance of an optical instrument, for example at dusk. The larger the diameter of the objective, the more light the instrument is able to capture. Therefore, in low light conditions, the larger the diameter, the better the optical performance.
With its "S" eyepiece, the STS 80 on the other hand allows photography enthusiasts to have an instrument similar to cameras equipped with large lenses, greater maneuverability in situations of continuous movement and the need to move the vehicle with more readiness.
With the 25-50x wide-angle eyepiece, you can enjoy the convenience of a wide-angle eyepiece across the entire magnification range. With its weight of just 295 g and a sophisticated optical system with an aspherical lens to ensure a complete, detailed and sharp viewing experience, this eyepiece is also ideal for digiscoping (photography with large magnifications).
